RoutineDock
RoutineDock is a mobile + web app that turns scattered tasks into realistic batching blocks based on your actual calendar, energy rhythms, and constraints. You connect Google Calendar/Outlook, then quickly dump tasks (or import from Todoist/Asana). The app suggests 2–4 “batch windows” per week (admin, errands, deep work, comms) and creates repeatable routines you can reuse. It’s brutally pragmatic: it won’t promise you can do 30 tasks in an hour. It estimates time using your history, adds buffer automatically, and flags overcommitment with a “this week is impossible” warning. A lightweight AI layer helps classify tasks (deep/shallow, location-bound, context needed) and proposes batch groupings, but you stay in control with simple sliders. The goal is fewer switches, fewer decisions, and a plan that matches reality, not productivity fantasy.
