RoutineRadar
RoutineRadar is a web + mobile app for teachers to run classroom routines like a checklist with timers, prompts, and quick student-facing visuals. Teachers build “procedure cards” (entering class, turning in work, group transitions, dismissal) and launch them in one tap on a projector view while the phone acts as a remote. It logs completion time, interruptions, and quick notes so teachers can see which routines are breaking down and when. An AI assistant can suggest tighter wording, fewer steps, and age-appropriate visuals, but the core value is simple execution and consistency—not magical behavior change. It also includes a substitute mode: print/share a QR code that opens today’s routines in order, so subs don’t improvise. The app is realistic: it won’t fix deep behavior problems, but it can reduce daily friction and make routines repeatable.
