RoutineRally is a web + mobile classroom management app that helps teachers execute consistent routines (entry tasks, transitions, group work, cleanup, dismissal) with minimal talking and fewer power struggles. Teachers build a “routine playlist” with timed steps, on-screen prompts, and quick check-ins (e.g., materials out, noise level, roles assigned). A simple student-facing view shows what to do now, what’s next, and how long remains. It also logs routine completion and common friction points so teachers can spot patterns (e.g., third period always stalls during group formation). This is not a magic behavior-fixer; it’s a practical tool to reduce cognitive load and make expectations visible. It integrates with Google Classroom for rosters and can run on a projector, teacher phone, or classroom display.
