Routinist

Routinist is a mobile + web app (traditional + light AI) that turns recurring chaos into simple batching routines. Instead of another to-do list, it forces you to group tasks into “batches” (e.g., Admin, Calls, Errands, Content) and assigns them to fixed time windows you repeat weekly. The app watches what you really finish, then suggests smaller batch sizes and realistic cadence (e.g., “Invoices: 20 minutes twice weekly” instead of “Friday afternoon”). It includes a friction log: one-tap reasons you skipped a batch (too big, wrong time, missing materials), so routines improve based on evidence. Integrations are intentionally limited: calendar sync and a basic task import are enough for an MVP. The goal is not perfect planning; it’s reducing context switching and decision fatigue with a routine you can maintain.
