RoyaltyPulse is a web app (with optional mobile companion) for sports rights holders and licensees to track what’s owed, what’s been paid, and what’s at risk across sponsorship, merchandising, media, and NIL-style deals. It centralizes contract financial terms (minimum guarantees, escalators, territory carve-outs, audit windows) and reconciles them against incoming sales/usage reports and payment schedules. The product flags anomalies like missing statements, late remittances, suspiciously flat sales in high-traffic periods, and contract terms that are about to expire or trigger step-ups. It also provides a lightweight “audit-ready” package generator: required documents checklist, variance summaries, and a timeline of notices sent. This is not a magic legal replacement—users still need counsel and accountants—but it reduces the chaos of spreadsheets and email threads and makes disputes less likely by catching issues early.
