RubricForge

RubricForge is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that helps educators and course teams generate, version, and reuse high-quality rubrics and aligned assignment prompts. You paste learning outcomes/standards, constraints (grade level, subject, depth of knowledge), and the task type; the app produces a rubric with clear criteria, performance levels, and observable evidence statements. It also creates student-facing instructions and a teacher grading guide, then tracks changes across iterations so teams can standardize grading across sections. The AI is used for first drafts and language normalization, but the workflow is built around human review, templating, and institutional consistency. Export to Google Classroom/LMS formats and PDF/Docx. This is not a “make a whole course” tool; it focuses on the painful, repetitive work that actually blocks teachers: writing usable rubrics that match outcomes and don’t fall apart during grading.
