RubricRadar is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that helps teachers and instructional leaders run consistent, defensible assessment using standards-aligned rubrics. Teachers build or import rubrics, grade student work quickly with evidence snippets, and get instant analytics on mastery by standard, class, and subgroup. The AI assists by suggesting rubric-aligned feedback and flagging potential inconsistency (e.g., two similar submissions scored differently), but the teacher remains the final decision-maker. Admins get audit trails, inter-rater reliability reports, and calibration workflows to reduce grade disputes and bias claims. This is not another LMS; it plugs into existing systems and focuses narrowly on assessment quality and consistency. The MVP should prioritize speed, integrations, and reporting that schools actually use during grading windows and parent challenges.
