RubricReady is a web + mobile AI app that helps candidates prep using the same competency rubrics interviewers actually use (communication, problem solving, role-specific skills). You pick a target role and level, and the app generates a structured “loop” of short interviews (behavioral, technical, case, role-play). After each session, it produces a scorecard with evidence-based notes tied to the rubric, highlights weak signals (rambling, missing metrics, unclear tradeoffs), and assigns targeted drills. The key is calibration: users can import a job description and the app maps likely competencies and question types, then tracks improvement over time with measurable benchmarks. It also includes a “story bank” builder that forces STAR stories into concise, interview-ready formats and flags gaps (no conflict, no impact, no numbers). It’s not a magic job-getter; it’s a structured training tool.
