RubricReady is a mobile + web app (traditional + AI) that helps churches run worship services without last-minute chaos. It generates a service-specific “rubric pack” (who does what, when, and where) from a denomination template plus your local constraints (number of servers, music style, communion method, procession needs). It then turns that into a clean run-of-show, role cards for each participant, and timed reminders. The AI is used for adapting rubrics to your exact service plan and translating instructions into plain language for volunteers. It also supports versioning so clergy and worship leaders can approve changes and avoid surprise edits. The app focuses on operational reliability over flashy features: fewer mistakes, fewer rehearsals, and fewer awkward on-the-fly corrections during worship.
