Rule2Reality is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that helps districts and school leaders translate new education policies into concrete, trackable implementation tasks. Instead of reading 80-page bills and guessing what to do, users upload or link policy text, then the app extracts requirements, deadlines, responsible roles, and evidence artifacts (e.g., training logs, parent notices, data reporting). It generates a compliance checklist by school site, assigns owners, and tracks progress with audit-ready documentation. It also maintains a change log so teams can see what changed between policy drafts and final versions. This is a combination traditional + AI app: AI accelerates parsing and drafting, while humans approve outputs. The product is built for reality: messy policy language, limited staff time, and high stakes when audits or complaints happen.
