RuleHorizon

RuleHorizon is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that tracks environmental regulatory changes and turns them into a site-specific compliance to-do list. Instead of dumping generic alerts, it asks for your facility profile (industry, processes, permits, states/counties, discharge/air/waste programs) and continuously monitors federal/state agency updates, enforcement bulletins, and public notices. It summarizes what changed, why it matters, and what evidence you’ll need for an audit. The app generates tasks, assigns owners, sets due dates, and stores proof (photos, PDFs, meter exports) in an audit-ready timeline. It also maintains a “regulatory rationale” log so you can show how you interpreted changes—useful when inspectors ask why you did (or didn’t) act. This is not a full EHS suite; it’s a focused change-management layer that plugs into existing tools via exports and simple integrations.
