RuleLedger
RuleLedger is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) for small-to-mid sports leagues and federations to run governance without drowning in email, PDFs, and informal decisions. It centralizes bylaws, policies, meeting agendas, minutes, motions, votes, conflict-of-interest disclosures, and disciplinary cases in one auditable system. The AI layer helps draft agendas/minutes from recordings, flags missing approvals, and highlights policy conflicts (e.g., a sanction that violates your own code). The realistic pitch: it won’t “fix politics,” but it will reduce administrative chaos, improve traceability, and make compliance defensible when parents, athletes, sponsors, or regulators ask questions. Pricing is per organization with tiers based on board size and case volume. The MVP focuses on governance basics, not full league operations (scheduling, stats), to avoid bloated scope and entrenched competition.
