RuleOfLife

RuleOfLife is a web + mobile app for seminaries and formation programs to run structured, accountable formation without drowning staff in spreadsheets. It combines a formation plan builder (human, spiritual, intellectual, pastoral), weekly rhythms (prayer, study, ministry), and supervisor check-ins with simple evidence capture (notes, confirmations, reflections). The app generates clear dashboards for formators: who is drifting, who is overloaded, and where patterns show up across cohorts. It also supports private journaling for seminarians with optional sharing controls, so the platform doesn’t become a surveillance tool. The goal is boring reliability: fewer missed check-ins, fewer undocumented issues, and more consistent formation documentation for reviews and transitions. This is not a “content library” app; it’s operational software for formation teams who need consistency, auditability, and humane accountability.
