RulePulse is a web + mobile app that turns messy HOA/condo governing documents (CC&Rs, bylaws, rules, architectural guidelines) into a searchable, citation-backed Q&A for residents and board/management. Upload PDFs, amendments, and policy memos; the app builds a structured “rule map” and lets users ask plain-language questions like “Can I install a heat pump?” or “What are quiet hours?” Every answer links to the exact section and includes confidence flags when documents conflict or are outdated. It also provides a request intake flow (ARC requests, variances, complaints) that pre-fills required fields based on the rules, reducing back-and-forth. This is not a full property management suite; it’s a focused layer that reduces repetitive inquiries and prevents inconsistent enforcement. Realistically, success depends on document quality and board buy-in, so onboarding includes a guided cleanup checklist and version control.
