RulePulse is a web app (with optional mobile companion) for small and mid-sized organizations that can’t afford a full compliance team but still get hit by constant regulatory updates. It monitors selected regulators and jurisdictions, converts new rules into plain-language “what changed” summaries, and generates a task checklist with owners and deadlines. Users can map each requirement to internal controls, upload evidence, and export an audit-ready change log. It’s an AI + traditional app: AI helps with summarization, requirement extraction, and impact tagging; the product stays grounded with human-in-the-loop review, citations, and versioned source links. The honest value: it won’t replace legal counsel, but it will reduce the time wasted hunting for updates, interpreting them at a high level, and coordinating remediation work across teams.
