RulePulse is a web app (with optional Slack/Teams alerts) that helps small-to-mid financial firms track market-regulation changes and translate them into actionable tasks. It continuously monitors regulator sources (SEC, FINRA, ESMA, FCA, CFTC, etc.), normalizes updates into a structured feed, and lets compliance teams map each rule change to products, jurisdictions, and internal controls. The app generates a simple “impact checklist” (what policies to update, what disclosures change, what surveillance rules need tuning) and assigns owners with deadlines. It’s not magic: it won’t replace legal counsel, and it won’t guarantee compliance. But it will reduce the chaos of scattered PDFs, email blasts, and missed effective dates by turning updates into a trackable workflow. Pricing is realistic for SMB compliance budgets: per-seat plus regulator/jurisdiction packs.
