RulePulse is a mobile + web app for sports officials that delivers fast, situation-based rule guidance and post-game self-review. During downtime (timeouts, quarters, halftime), referees can query a rule by league, age group, and competition format and get a concise answer with citations to the official rulebook section. After games, officials log key incidents (fouls, cards, technicals, advantage, clock issues) and the app generates a structured debrief, highlighting patterns (e.g., inconsistent hand-check calls) and suggesting targeted micro-drills and rule refreshers. It also supports assignors and referee coaches with anonymized trend reports across crews—useful for training, not punishment. This is not a magic “AI referee”; it’s a practical decision-support and development tool that respects real-world constraints: limited time, noisy environments, and varying local rule variations.
