RuleReady

RuleReady is a web app (with optional mobile inspector view) that helps government inspection and enforcement teams convert long, inconsistent regulations into standardized, version-controlled checklists and evidence requirements. Admins import ordinances, state codes, or policy PDFs, then the app structures them into inspection items, pass/fail criteria, required photos, and citation language. Inspectors get a simple, offline-capable checklist on-site, with guided evidence capture and automatic report generation. The AI component suggests checklist items, maps them to code sections, and flags ambiguous language, but humans approve everything before it becomes official. The goal is not “smarter enforcement,” it’s fewer missed steps, fewer bad citations, and faster, defensible documentation. It also tracks rule changes over time so agencies can prove which standard was used on a given inspection date.
