RuleRoster is a web app (with optional Slack/Teams integration) that converts regulatory text into a practical obligations register for small and mid-sized regulated companies. You paste a regulation excerpt or upload a PDF, then the app helps you break it into obligations, assign owners, set evidence requirements, and schedule review cadences. It focuses on the unglamorous work teams actually fail at: knowing who owns what, where proof lives, and what changed since last quarter. It includes a lightweight evidence vault with link-based artifacts (policies, tickets, vendor attestations) and a simple audit-ready export. This is an AI + traditional app: AI accelerates obligation drafting and change summaries, but users must approve everything. It is not a full GRC suite; it’s a focused obligations tracker designed to be adopted quickly and kept current without a dedicated compliance department.
