RuleRoster is a web + mobile app that helps seminaries and formation houses run the unglamorous but mission-critical operations: schedules, community assignments, attendance, pastoral placements, and formation check-ins. It replaces spreadsheets, paper sign-outs, and scattered email threads with a single calendar and workflow system built for seminary life (prayer blocks, classes, apostolates, retreats, human formation meetings). Formators can log required milestones (safe environment training, evaluations, supervised ministry hours), track exceptions, and generate simple reports for internal reviews. Seminarians get a clear weekly rule-of-life view, reminders, and a private journal/check-in channel with their assigned formator. This is not a “spirituality app”; it’s administrative plumbing that reduces missed requirements and last-minute scrambling. It will feel boring—by design—because reliability and auditability matter more than novelty.
