RumiNudge
RumiNudge is a mobile + web AI-assisted app that helps users run short, evidence-based “micro-experiments” to test anxious thoughts and stuck beliefs in real life. Instead of generic journaling or mood tracking, it turns a worry into a hypothesis, suggests a 5–15 minute behavioral experiment (e.g., graded exposure, behavioral activation, cognitive defusion), and then captures outcomes with a quick check-in. Over time it builds a personal “what actually happens” library, showing which predictions are consistently wrong and which situations trigger spirals. The app is not therapy and won’t pretend to be; it focuses on skill practice and measurable behavior change. It includes safety rails for crisis language, encourages professional help when needed, and keeps data private by default. The goal is practical: reduce rumination by replacing endless thinking with small, trackable action.
