RumorTriage is a web app with optional mobile companion that helps comms teams detect, verify, and respond to fast-moving reputation threats across social, news, forums, and internal tips. It continuously monitors brand and executive mentions, then clusters posts into “incident threads” so teams stop chasing screenshots and start managing one narrative. An AI layer summarizes what’s happening, identifies the likely claim origin, flags high-risk amplification accounts, and drafts response options aligned to pre-approved tone and legal constraints. A simple war-room workflow assigns owners, tracks approvals, and logs decisions for post-mortems. The product is realistic: it won’t magically predict every crisis, but it will reduce time-to-awareness and time-to-coordinated-response, which is what actually matters when a rumor is accelerating.
