RunbookDrill
RunbookDrill is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that turns resilience planning into measurable, repeatable drills. Teams upload or write incident runbooks, map dependencies (people, vendors, systems), and schedule tabletop or live-fire exercises. During a drill, the app injects realistic disruptions (cloud outage, ransomware, key-person loss, supplier failure) and tracks decisions, timestamps, comms, and evidence. Afterward it auto-generates an audit-ready report: what failed, which steps were missing, RTO/RPO gaps, and a prioritized remediation backlog. It integrates with Slack/Teams, Jira, and status pages so drills feel like real incidents. This is a combination traditional + AI app: AI helps draft scenarios, detect runbook gaps, and summarize outcomes, but the core value is disciplined workflow and evidence collection. It’s built for organizations that are tired of “plans on paper” that collapse during real events.
