RunbookDrill
RunbookDrill is a web app (with optional lightweight desktop agent) that turns disaster recovery from a dusty binder into repeatable, auditable practice. It schedules and orchestrates DR tests (restore, failover, tabletop, and chaos-lite checks) and collects evidence automatically: restore logs, RTO/RPO timings, screenshots, and sign-offs. It integrates with common backup and cloud platforms to validate that backups are not just “successful” but actually restorable and meet policy. The app produces compliance-ready reports (SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA) and a simple executive dashboard that shows real recovery readiness, not vanity metrics. It also includes an AI-assisted runbook editor that converts messy docs into step-by-step checklists and highlights missing dependencies. This is not a full DR platform; it’s a DR testing and evidence layer that sits on top of what companies already use.
