RunbookFuse
RunbookFuse is a web app (with optional CLI agent) that reduces technology-failure operational risk by converting tribal-knowledge incident playbooks into executable, testable procedures. Teams import existing runbooks from Confluence/Google Docs/Markdown, then map each step to real commands (Kubernetes, AWS, Linux, SQL) and verification checks (service health, error rates, synthetic probes). The app schedules “fire drills” in staging or controlled production canaries, executes the runbook automatically, and records what worked, what failed, and how long each step took. It flags brittle steps (missing permissions, outdated endpoints, wrong owners), enforces approvals, and produces audit-ready evidence for risk/compliance. It’s not magic: you still need decent observability and a staging environment. But it makes failure response repeatable, measurable, and continuously validated instead of a PDF nobody trusts during a 2 a.m. outage.
