RunbookFuse
RunbookFuse is a web app (with optional Slack/Teams bot) that captures what actually happened during infrastructure incidents and turns it into clean, versioned runbooks your team can reuse. It ingests incident timelines from PagerDuty/Opsgenie, chat transcripts from Slack/Teams, and postmortem docs from Confluence/Notion, then helps an engineer distill the steps into a structured runbook: symptoms, checks, commands, rollback paths, and “stop conditions.” It also tracks runbook drift by comparing recommended steps to recent incident actions and flags outdated commands, missing permissions, or broken links. This is not a magic “AI SRE” product; it’s a pragmatic workflow tool that reduces repeated firefighting and onboarding time. Expect best results in teams that already do postmortems but struggle to operationalize them into repeatable procedures.
