RunbookIQ

RunbookIQ is a web-based SaaS (with optional Slack/Teams integration) that helps small and mid-sized engineering teams capture, maintain, and execute operational runbooks for incidents, on-call, and routine maintenance. Instead of static wikis that rot, it stores steps as structured checklists with owners, prerequisites, and automated validations (e.g., “is the service healthy?”). An AI assistant can draft a runbook from incident timelines, postmortems, or chat logs, then suggest missing steps and safety checks. During an incident, the app guides responders through the runbook, logs actions taken, and produces a clean incident record for compliance and learning. It’s not a full observability suite; it plugs into what teams already use and focuses on execution quality, auditability, and keeping runbooks current with lightweight review workflows.
