RunbookIQ

RunbookIQ is a web app (with optional Slack/Teams bot) that turns messy incident history into actionable, versioned runbooks your on-call can actually execute. It ingests PagerDuty/Opsgenie incidents, Slack threads, postmortems, and relevant logs/metrics links, then suggests step-by-step remediation checklists with commands, dashboards, and rollback steps. It also enforces “definition of done” for incident closure: required fields, owner, follow-ups, and validation steps. This is not a magic auto-heal tool—those usually fail in the real world. Instead, it focuses on the unsexy but high-leverage work: capturing tribal knowledge, reducing mean time to resolve, and making handoffs clean. The MVP should prioritize tight integrations, strong permissions, and auditability so SRE teams can trust it in regulated environments.
