RunbookLock

RunbookLock is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that prevents operational process failures by enforcing “approved runbooks” during execution. Teams upload SOPs/runbooks, map them to systems (Jira, ServiceNow, GitHub, AWS, GCP), and define mandatory checkpoints (approvals, evidence capture, peer verification) for high-risk tasks like deployments, access changes, vendor payments, and data exports. When someone starts a task, RunbookLock generates a step-by-step execution flow, blocks unsafe deviations, and logs proof automatically (screenshots, API confirmations, ticket links). An AI layer flags missing steps, ambiguous instructions, and risky changes based on historical incidents and near-misses, but it does not auto-execute anything. The goal is boring reliability: fewer “we skipped a step” outages, fewer audit nightmares, and faster postmortems because the evidence trail already exists.
