Runbookly
Runbookly is a no-code web app for building, running, and auditing internal operational runbooks (onboarding, incident response, month-end close, access requests). Teams create step-by-step workflows with required fields, approvals, checklists, and embedded links to tools like Jira, Slack, and Google Workspace. Each run produces a timestamped audit trail: who did what, when, and with what evidence (screenshots/files). The product focuses on “execution,” not documentation—runbooks are launched as live sessions with assignments, due times, and escalation rules. A lightweight AI assistant can suggest missing steps, generate first drafts from existing docs, and flag risky gaps (e.g., no approval step for access changes), but the system remains deterministic and controllable. The goal is fewer mistakes, faster handoffs, and less dependency on a few experienced employees who hold the process in their heads.
