RunbookMint

RunbookMint is a web app (with optional Slack/Teams integration) that helps small-to-mid engineering and IT teams capture incident response and routine operations as structured, executable runbooks. Instead of wikis that rot, it guides users to record steps, commands, owners, rollback paths, and verification checks, then turns them into checklists that can be run during an outage. It supports templated runbooks for common scenarios (DB failover, cache flush, deploy rollback), approvals, and post-incident notes so updates happen while context is fresh. An AI assistant can draft a first version from chat transcripts, tickets, and past incident timelines, but humans must confirm every step to avoid dangerous hallucinations. The core value is speed and consistency under pressure: fewer “who knows how to do this?” moments, faster onboarding, and less downtime caused by missing or outdated procedures.
