RunbookPing

RunbookPing is a web app with Slack/Teams integration that turns on-call escalation into a guided, auditable workflow. Instead of dumping alerts into PagerDuty/Opsgenie and hoping humans do the right thing, each incident triggers a lightweight “runbook checklist” that adapts to service, severity, and time of day. It pings the right people in sequence, enforces required steps (acknowledge, mitigate, communicate), and auto-creates a timeline from chat + alerts. An AI assistant suggests next actions and owners based on past incidents, current telemetry links, and the runbook—without pretending to magically fix production. The product focuses on the messy middle: handoffs, missed steps, and unclear ownership during escalations. It integrates with existing monitoring rather than replacing it, and produces clean post-incident artifacts (timeline, actions taken, follow-ups) with minimal extra work.
