RunbookPing

RunbookPing is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that continuously validates business continuity readiness by running lightweight, scheduled “micro-drills” against your real runbooks. Instead of annual tabletop exercises that everyone forgets, it pings owners with short tasks (confirm vendor contact, verify backup restore checksum, test VPN access, validate on-call routing, confirm RTO/RPO assumptions) and records evidence automatically where possible. It generates an audit-ready trail, highlights drift (people changed roles, vendors changed numbers, systems moved), and escalates failures before they become outages. An AI layer summarizes drill results, spots recurring weak points, and drafts updated runbook steps, but the product stays grounded in checklists, proof, and accountability. The goal is not another GRC dashboard—it’s a simple system that makes “BCP is real” measurable every week.
