RunbookPing

RunbookPing is a web app (with mobile companion) for small and mid-sized organizations that have “business continuity plans” in PDFs nobody follows. It turns continuity and disaster recovery runbooks into step-by-step, role-based checklists with timed prompts, escalation, and proof-of-execution. During an incident, it pings the right people, confirms acknowledgements, tracks task completion, and records decisions in an audit trail. It also runs lightweight quarterly drills: the app schedules a scenario, assigns tasks, and scores response time and completion so leadership can see if the plan is real or fantasy. An AI assistant helps convert existing documents into structured runbooks and suggests missing dependencies (vendors, credentials, RTO/RPO gaps), but the core value is operational: clear tasks, accountability, and a single source of truth when Slack and email are melting down.
