RunbookRadar
RunbookRadar is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that monitors whether frontline operations actually follow documented procedures. Instead of asking people to fill out checklists, it passively compares expected steps in a runbook to real signals you already have: POS events, ticket timestamps, machine logs, inventory movements, and basic location/time punches. It flags “process drift” patterns (e.g., steps skipped, out-of-order actions, unusually long gaps) and turns them into actionable coaching prompts for supervisors. The AI component helps map messy real-world events to SOP steps, suggests likely root causes, and drafts a short corrective action note. This is not a full SOP authoring suite; it’s a compliance and variance detector that makes existing SOPs measurable. Best fit is multi-site operators who suffer from inconsistent execution and costly rework, but don’t have the budget or patience for heavyweight enterprise tools.
