RunbookRally

RunbookRally is a web app (with optional lightweight desktop agent) that turns disaster recovery plans into executable, testable runbooks. Teams import existing DR documentation (PDF, Confluence, Google Docs) and map it into step-by-step procedures with owners, dependencies, and verification checks. The app schedules “game day” drills, guides participants through tasks, and automatically captures evidence (screenshots, logs, timestamps) to produce audit-ready reports for leadership and compliance. It integrates with cloud status/metrics and ticketing so each step can be validated (e.g., “database replica promoted,” “RTO met,” “customer traffic restored”). It’s a traditional app with AI assistance: AI helps convert messy docs into structured runbooks and suggests missing steps, but execution and approvals stay explicit and human-controlled. The goal is reducing false confidence and making DR testing repeatable, measurable, and less painful.
