RunbookRay
RunbookRay is a web app (with optional Slack/Teams integration) that converts messy operating procedures into step-by-step workflows people actually follow. You upload an SOP (Google Doc/PDF/Notion export), and the app extracts tasks, owners, approvals, and required evidence. It then generates a recurring workflow with due dates, checklists, and “proof” capture (screenshots, links, files) so audits don’t become fire drills. It’s not trying to replace Zapier; it focuses on human-in-the-loop operations where accountability and traceability matter: onboarding, access reviews, month-end close, incident postmortems, vendor renewals, SOC2 controls, and more. The product lives or dies on being dead-simple: assign, remind, escalate, and produce an audit trail in minutes. If it can’t set up a workflow in under 10 minutes, it’s not worth using.
