RunbookRISK

RunbookRISK is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that turns operational risk controls into executable, trackable “runbooks” tied to real evidence. Instead of static RCSA spreadsheets and vague control descriptions, teams create step-by-step control procedures, assign owners, set frequencies, and attach required artifacts (logs, screenshots, tickets, approvals). The app pulls lightweight signals from existing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow, GitHub, Google Workspace/M365) to confirm completion and flag missed steps. An AI assistant helps draft runbooks from policy text and past incidents, but the core value is structured workflows and evidence integrity. Dashboards show control health, overdue items, and recurring exceptions by process, vendor, or system. Export-ready audit packs reduce scramble time and make “we did the control” defensible with timestamps, links, and immutable records.
