RunbookRPA is a web app (with an optional desktop agent) that converts existing operating procedures into executable, monitored process automations. Most companies don’t need “AI that thinks”; they need fewer broken handoffs, fewer copy/paste steps, and audit-ready logs. Users paste an SOP, upload screenshots, or record a short walkthrough; the app extracts steps, required data fields, and system touchpoints, then generates a runnable workflow that can be executed via API calls or UI automation where APIs don’t exist. It includes approvals, versioning, and a change-detection layer that flags when a target app UI changes and the automation is likely to fail. The product is built for operations teams who are stuck between expensive enterprise RPA suites and brittle scripts.
