RunbookRPA

RunbookRPA converts existing runbooks/SOPs (Word, PDF, Confluence pages) into executable, approval-gated RPA workflows for IT and ops teams. Instead of starting from a blank canvas, users paste a procedure, the system extracts steps, identifies systems involved (ServiceNow, Okta, AD, Jira, AWS console), and generates a draft automation with human checkpoints where risk is high. It focuses on “semi-automated” work that companies actually trust: account provisioning, access reviews, routine incident remediation, and compliance evidence collection. Every run logs what was done, by whom, and what was approved, producing audit-ready trails. The app ships with a small set of hardened connectors and a browser/desktop agent for legacy UIs. It’s not magic: you’ll still need clean SOPs and occasional manual validation, but it saves weeks of workflow design and reduces mistakes in repetitive operational tasks.
