RungReady is a web app + mobile companion (traditional + AI) that turns promotion expectations into a concrete, trackable portfolio. Users pick a role track (e.g., Product Manager L3→L4), then import goals and work artifacts from Jira, GitHub, Google Docs, and Slack. The app maps artifacts to a competency rubric, highlights gaps, and generates a “promotion packet” (impact bullets, scope narrative, peer feedback prompts) tailored to common ladder formats. A weekly cadence nudges users to log outcomes, quantify impact, and request targeted feedback from peers/managers with one-click templates. Managers get a lightweight view to align expectations early and reduce end-of-cycle surprises. The AI is used for summarizing evidence into concise, review-ready narratives and for suggesting missing proof—not for making promotion decisions.
