RunSheet

RunSheet is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) for indie distributors and small studios managing theatrical releases across dozens to hundreds of theaters. It centralizes booking status, confirmed showtimes, DCP/KDM delivery, trailer/asset versions, exhibitor contacts, and marketing deadlines into a single release “run sheet” that stays current. The app pulls theater metadata and showtime feeds where available, but assumes messy reality: many confirmations still arrive by email and spreadsheets. RunSheet focuses on making that chaos trackable with structured checklists, audit trails, and automatic reminders for missing items (e.g., KDM not issued, trailer wrong rating card, poster sizes not delivered). It also generates exhibitor-ready packets (one link per theater) containing the correct files, instructions, and contacts. This is not glamorous; it’s operations software that reduces last-minute fires and embarrassing day-one mistakes.
