RunwayFI is a mobile + web AI-assisted financial independence planner that turns messy real life into a single, defensible “runway” number: how many months until you can stop working (or downshift) with high confidence. It connects to accounts (optional), but works with manual inputs too. The core is a scenario engine: job loss, rent hikes, childcare changes, health insurance shocks, market drawdowns, and one-time expenses. It produces a probability-based FI date and a weekly action list (cut, earn, refinance, sell, renegotiate) prioritized by impact on runway. It also tracks “lifestyle creep” automatically by detecting recurring spend drift and flags when your FI date slips. The app is blunt: it shows tradeoffs, not motivation quotes. Exportable reports help couples align and reduce money arguments.
