RunwayMeter is a web + mobile AI app that gives employees a blunt, evidence-based view of their job security and a practical plan if things go south. It connects to the tools that reflect real work output (calendar, Jira/Asana, GitHub/GitLab, Slack/Teams metadata) and builds a private “work proof” timeline: shipped work, cycle time, cross-team dependencies, and stakeholder touchpoints. It then runs a risk model using signals you can actually observe (org changes, manager churn, project cancellations, performance review timing, hiring freezes) and outputs a simple runway estimate (e.g., 3–6 months) with confidence levels. The app doesn’t promise certainty; it highlights what you can control: documenting impact, aligning to revenue-critical work, and preparing an exit plan. It also generates a weekly one-page update you can send to your manager to reduce ambiguity and protect your narrative.
