RunwayOps is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that gives early-stage founders a brutally clear view of cash runway and upcoming financial landmines. It connects to your bank accounts and accounting system, then builds a simple, founder-friendly cash forecast: burn rate, runway, and “what breaks next” alerts (payroll, taxes, vendor renewals, cloud spend spikes). It avoids complex finance jargon and focuses on decisions: when to cut spend, when to raise, and how long you can wait. The app generates a weekly investor-ready runway update and a board snapshot that’s consistent and defensible. It also flags anomalies (duplicate charges, sudden spend increases) and suggests concrete actions like renegotiating vendors or pausing nonessential tools. This is an AI-assisted app: AI summarizes drivers and drafts updates, but the core numbers remain deterministic and auditable.
