RunwayPulse is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that continuously stress-tests a company’s long-term viability using real financial and operational signals. It connects to accounting (QuickBooks/Xero), banking (via Plaid), payroll, and CRM to build a simple “survival dashboard”: runway, burn, revenue concentration, margin drift, churn, and cash conversion cycle. The core is a feedback loop: it flags leading indicators (not lagging reports), runs scenario simulations (price cuts, churn spikes, hiring freezes), and assigns weekly actions with measurable targets. It also tracks whether actions worked, so the model learns which levers actually move outcomes for that business. This is not a budgeting tool; it’s a viability monitor designed for founders and operators who are tired of spreadsheets and hindsight. Expect blunt alerts, not motivational charts.
