RunwayRation is a mobile + web app that stress-tests your finances for real-world emergencies (job loss, medical bill, car breakdown). It connects to your bank via read-only access, categorizes essential vs optional spending, and calculates your “survival runway” in weeks/months under multiple cutback scenarios. Instead of vague advice, it produces a prioritized emergency plan: what to cancel, what to renegotiate, what bills to pre-pay, and how much cash to hold where (checking, HYSA, cash). It also tracks liquidity (how fast you can access funds) and flags hidden risks like overdraft dependence, subscription creep, and irregular income gaps. The app nudges you to build an emergency buffer with small, realistic transfers and provides a one-page “Emergency Mode” checklist you can activate when things go wrong.
