RunwayRoom is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) that helps incubators and accelerators enforce weekly traction discipline without drowning founders in spreadsheets. Programs define a small set of standard metrics by startup type (SaaS, marketplace, consumer, deep tech) and require weekly updates with evidence links (Stripe, Shopify, GitHub, GA4, bank statements, CRM exports). The app flags inconsistencies, missing proof, and sudden metric jumps, then generates a concise investor-ready progress memo and a “risk radar” for program managers. Founders get a simple checklist: what to report, what proof to attach, and what actions to take next week. This is not a magic growth tool; it’s a compliance-and-clarity system that makes performance visible, comparable, and harder to fake—so programs can allocate mentor time and follow-on capital based on reality.
