RunwaySentry is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that monitors cash burn and short-term liquidity risk for small and mid-sized businesses. It connects to bank accounts and accounting systems to build a rolling 13-week cash forecast, then stress-tests it against realistic shocks: late-paying customers, payroll spikes, tax payments, inventory buys, and interest-rate changes. The app flags “runway cliffs” (weeks where cash goes negative), quantifies the probability of shortfall, and suggests concrete actions like delaying discretionary spend, accelerating collections, or drawing on a credit line. This is not a CFO replacement; it’s a simple early-warning system that turns messy transactions into a weekly liquidity dashboard and alert stream. The goal is to prevent avoidable cash crises, not to produce perfect forecasts.
