RushBatch

RushBatch is a mobile + web app that creates “micro-batches” of delivery orders across multiple restaurants within a small radius and a short time window. Users opt into a 10–20 minute flexible pickup window in exchange for lower delivery fees and more reliable ETAs. The platform routes a single driver to pick up 2–4 orders from nearby kitchens, prioritizing restaurants that can meet prep-time commitments. Restaurants get a lightweight dashboard to publish real-time prep readiness and pause batching when slammed. Drivers see fewer dead miles and higher earnings per hour due to denser routes. This is not a new marketplace trying to replace incumbents; it’s a batching layer that can work with restaurant-direct delivery or as a white-label service for local delivery fleets. The core value is cost reduction without sacrificing food quality through strict distance, time, and temperature constraints.
